Ben Weprin

Prior to founding AJ Capital Partners in 2008, Mr. Weprin served as Managing Partner of Levy Family Partners Real Estate, overseeing the acquisition and operation of commercial and hospitality properties throughout the country. Mr. Weprin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Jaymie Gross

Ms. Gross manages the group’s investment activities and day-to-day operations. Formerly the Vice President of Business Development for Auberge Resorts, Ms. Gross has successfully overseen the acquisition and development of new resort properties, as well as the outsourcing and structuring of investment capital. Her hospitality investment and capital markets background includes positions at Deutsche Bank, Centerline Capital Group and Starwood Capital Group. Ms. Gross is a graduate of Middlebury College with an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Michael Crandall

Mr. Crandall serves as Principal and Counsel for AJ Capital Partners, focusing on day-to-day operations and investor relations. Before joining AJ Capital Partners, Mr. Crandall practiced real estate law as a member of the Real Estate Group at DLA Piper. Prior to law school, Mr. Crandall was an analyst with Trizec Properties and a commercial real estate broker with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Mr. Crandall is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jeff Broaden

Mr. Broaden’s responsibilities range from investment origination and due diligence to business plan development, asset management and investor relations. Formerly, as Associate Investment Manager with Dubai Holding, Mr. Broaden helped lead the acquisition and development of resort and commercial assets. His real estate and private equity background includes positions at Equity International, RVK and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Broaden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
